Thanks to Senator Lindsey Graham, “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation could be coming to South Carolina.

These draconian laws will have a devastating effect on the rights of gun owners, allowing government agents to seize legally owned firearms with no due process whatsoever.

And with South Carolina being rated as the most liberal Republican-held state in the country, we must do everything we can to pile the sandbags high and STOP Lindsey Graham’s “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation!

That’s why I’m hoping you’ll sign your STOP “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation Petition right now and put anti-gun politicians on notice!

Ban “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation:

WHEREAS: “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation laws allow gun owners to be stripped of their rights without due process; and

WHEREAS: Under these so-called “protective orders,” guns could be taken away from law-abiding citizens just because someone complains about them; and

WHEREAS: These schemes violate the Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution; and

WHEREAS: Gun confiscation orders have a chilling effect on free speech by frightening gun owners into not speaking out about their beliefs for fear of having their guns seized by the state.

THEREFORE: I urge you to wholeheartedly do everything in your power to STOP “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation laws in South Carolina. Palmetto Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions.
